Welcome to you for the eyes!
Computers and smartphones require a lot of our eyes. The many hours spent in front of these screens tire our eyes, dry them and too often, cause redness and headache. We will be able to relieve tension in the eye muscles and reduce crow’s feet.
With each breath taken, I encourage you to visualize the orbicularis oculi muscles allowing your brain to focus on this image to maximize the benefits while enjoying the present moment.
